ThreadsMagazine.com Redesign

In 2008, I lead transition from HTML to a custom PHP-based CMS. The content was migrated and this project introduced a new navigation, taxonomy structure, videos, and web content.

I acted as Project Manager for a redesign of ThreadsMagazine.com introducing Threads Insider membership in 2011. We continues to iterate development of new features and enhancements based on metrics in the years following.

While working as Web Producer for this website over a period of four years, I managed day-to-day operations including: creating editorial calendars, managing & training authors to contribute digital content, advertiser supported initiatives, creation of twice-weekly newsletters, analyzing traffic using Google Analytics and optimizing content for SEO, QA and bug reporting , and community (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Drupal forums, and Pinterest).
