Defined and executed on the software feature roadmap and prioritization across wearable and home speaker product lines. Managed product strategy and development for all Consumer Electronics mobile applications (Bose Connect, Bose SoundTouch, and Bose Music).

Managed and mentored a team of seven product managers developing software features for wearables, home speakers, data insights, and in-app communications.

Drove customer engagement through the development of an integrated communications platform and unified account management system.

Worked closely with design, engineering, and partnerships teams to drive new product experiences from inception through specification to successful launch.

Began working on the Partnerships Team managing content syndication for search partners and supporting the industry marketing team in a variety of functions. Transitioned in 2016 to a key role on the Owner Experience Team leading photo management projects across TripAdvisor.

Managed iterative Drupal development of Insights marketing hub including responsive redesign of homepage and navigation.

Redefined the photo experience for hospitality owners including adjusting photo-display logic across TripAdvisor and launching features for mobile web.

Drove content syndication partnerships with Bing, Yahoo and American Express through API and XML feed development.

Promoted TripAdvisor through multiple channels via Travelers’ Choice and Certificate of Excellence awards, stickers and other placements.

The Taunton Press (Newtown, CT), 2006–2015

Joined in 2006 as a Web Production Assistant and was promoted rapidly to Web Producer, and later Senior Web Producer, for the Threads franchise. Ended a 9-year tenure as the Product Lead for all digital products under the Threads and Fine Cooking franchises while managing a team of 5 content producers.

Redesigned ThreadsMagazine.com, migrating content from HTML to a custom PHP-based CMS and adding a membership subscription (+$350k).

Developed a fully responsive website for FineCooking.com including simplified UX, SEO considerations and content optimization. 

Supported direct advertising strategy in response to RFPs through product development and social media growth (+1M followers).

Managed day-to-day operations for ThreadsMagazine.com and CraftStylish.com (2009 Webby Award Honoree) including content creation, editorial calendars, newsletters and advertiser-supported initiatives.
