Responsive Web Design for Fine Cooking

Acted as Project Manager to redesign and re-launch FineCooking.com as a fully responsive website.

Worked with key stakeholders including editorial, marketing, advertising, design, and technology to launch this project on time while keeping budget and scope in mind.

Goals included communicating our unique sales proposition to a rapidly growing mobile audience, while maintaining the expectations of current users. Used analytics to re-prioritize content and simplify navigation leading to 77% growth in users year-over-year.
