Worked as Project Manager to transition publications at The Taunton Press from print-only to mobile. Collaborated with the UK vendor, Stonewash, to create custom functionality, and launch IOS, Android, and Windows apps. Also, assisting with launch on Kobo.

Created content workflow and trained Web Producers and advertising groups to enter content. Responsible for brainstorming new features and finding creative ways to leverage this new revenue opportunity.

Increased earnings by $550k.
