Drupal 7 CMS Migration

Managed the migration of FineCooking.com from .NET/PHP CMS to Drupal 7. Led cross-functional team of designers, UX, editorial, internal developers and outside Drupal vendor through discovery process and development. This included a full audit of content, taxonomy, and features prior to migration. Served as Project Manager to write user stories, create JIRA tickets and manage sprints.
