Bose Smart Speaker Launch

Led a cross-functional software team of product managers, program managers, mobile app engineering, and QA in support of the launch of three new products for Bose Consumer Electronics. The Bose Home Speaker 500, Bose Soundbar 500 and Bose Soundbar 700 are the first smart speakers to include Alexa Voice Assistant for Bose. Customers can now control their Bose speakers using voice, app, and on-product controls.

I managed a team of four product managers tasked with launching the Bose Music App in support of the launch of these new products.
